Synopsis
Harry Potter, a ten-year-old orphan, lives under the stairs in his cruel aunt and uncle’s house. But on his eleventh birthday, he receives a letter informing him that he has been accepted into Hogwarts, the school of witchcraft and wizardry. There, he not only learns that his parents were wizards, but that he is destined to become a powerful wizard himself. With his new friends Ron and Hermione, Harry hones his magical skills and uncovers the mystery of the Philosopher’s Stone—leading him to confront the dark wizard who murdered his parents.

Synopsis
Harry Potter, un orphelin de dix ans, vit sous l'escalier de la maison de son oncle et de sa tante, cruels et violents. Mais le jour de ses onze ans, Harry reçoit une lettre l'informant qu'il a été admis à Poudlard, l'école de sorcellerie. Là, il apprend non seulement que ses parents étaient des sorciers, mais aussi qu'il est destiné à devenir lui-même un puissant sorcier. Avec ses nouveaux amis Ron et Hermione, Harry perfectionne ses pouvoirs magiques et découvre le secret de la pierre philosophale, ce qui le conduit à affronter le sorcier maléfique qui a assassiné ses parents.
